Short-Term rentals are higher-risk (due to wear and tear) yet potentially higher return and range from 2 days to a few weeks, where long-term rentals provide a lower risk income while you are away with contracts longer than 6 months.  If you prefer the no-risk option you can choose house-sitting where we basically maintain and check on your home and provide basic repairs while away.  If you feel it is time to sell, we can even get you set up with a great Realtor.  At Parrish Management Group, we have been serving the Coachella Valley  since 2012 and aim to provide the same convenient, quality service that has made us a leader in the industry.
